Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Catcher, available at catcher.so. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Catcher is an AI-powered job search assistant. It helps you find job openings, adapt your resume, and prepare application letters. Catcher prepares content and tools; you decide how and when to use them.

2. You are the sender

Application letters are sent from your own email account, which you connect to Catcher. You are the sender of every message. Catcher is a tool that helps you write and organize letters — it does not send messages on its own behalf, and it is not a bulk-mailing service.

You are responsible for the content you send, for complying with the terms of your email provider, and for applicable laws on electronic communication in your jurisdiction.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Catcher. By using the service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use the resume and account you connect.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Catcher to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Trial and subscriptions

Catcher offers a trial period and paid subscription plans. Trial access may be limited in scope. Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. Prices and plan features may change; we will communicate material changes in advance.

7. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing. Refund eligibility is described at checkout or on request.

8. Sending limits

To protect your email account and comply with provider rules, Catcher applies sending limits and pacing. These limits exist for your safety and the stability of the service.

9. AI-generated content

Catcher uses AI to generate application letters and other content. AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any content before you send it.

10. Intellectual property

The Catcher brand, design and software are owned by us. The resume and content you upload remain yours. By using the service you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.

11. Service availability

We aim to keep Catcher available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

12. No guarantee of results

Catcher helps you search and apply for jobs, but it does not guarantee interviews, replies or employment. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catcher is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, opportunities or profits arising from your use of the service.

14. Termination

You may stop using Catcher and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for us or other users.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Contact us
